IP Group plc (GB:IPO) has released an update.
IP Group plc has actively executed its share buyback program by purchasing 182,893 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 47.70 to 48.35 GBp per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 48.0096 GBp. Post-transaction, the Group’s treasury holds over 31 million shares, with the total voting rights shares numbering around 1.03 billion. The company confirms that it will continue to make further purchases under the share buyback program and hold the repurchased shares in treasury.
