Invitation Homes Increases Executive Compensation After Strong Year

Invitation Homes Inc (INVH) just unveiled an update.

Invitation Homes Inc. has boosted compensation for top executives following a strong 2023 performance. CEO Dallas Tanner’s long-term incentive stock program (LTIP) target increased to $8.025 million, CFO Jonathan Olsen’s base salary rose to $550,000 with a higher LTIP goal, President and COO Charles Young’s LTIP target is now $3 million, and EVP and CLO Mark Solls received salary and incentive boosts. Additionally, equity awards were granted under the 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan, with time vesting and performance vesting restricted stock units (RSUs) to vest over three years and tied to specific performance metrics.
