InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced an update on its share capital and voting rights as of April 30, 2024, revealing an issued capital of 169,969,531 ordinary shares, with 7,006,782 held in treasury and thus a total of 162,962,749 voting rights. Shares acquired for cancellation since the previous announcement have been accounted for in these figures, which shareholders can use to determine their notification requirements under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
