InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 19,941 of its ordinary shares on April 25, 2024, through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from £79.2800 to £80.7200, with an average price of £80.0881 per share. The company intends to cancel the acquired shares, which will reduce the number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury-held shares.
