InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 30,792 of its own ordinary shares on April 17, 2024, for a volume-weighted average price of £78.3806 per share, with the intention to cancel the acquired shares. This buyback was conducted through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, following the mandate from the Company’s Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2023. The repurchase will reduce the number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, to 163,142,151.
