InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has executed a share buyback on April 26, 2024, acquiring 20,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging between £79.9000 and £81.0400, with the average price being £80.5197 per share. The repurchased shares are to be cancelled, which will leave the company with 162,982,648 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. This move follows the authorization from the company’s shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2023.
