InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 19,919 of its own ordinary shares. The shares were acquired on April 24, 2024, at prices ranging from £79.76 to £81.46, through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 163,022,589, excluding treasury-held shares.
