Integrated Research Limited has announced that Director Mark Brayan has acquired 260,000 ordinary shares on-market, valued at $98,389.72, under an indirect interest through Wazzy Pty Ltd as trustee for the Brayan Superannuation Fund. The transaction, which did not involve disposal of any shares, resulted in Brayan’s total holding in the company’s securities post-change being 260,000 ordinary shares. No part of the transaction occurred during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
