Integra Resources (TSE:ITR) has released an update.
Integra Resources Corp. has successfully completed the acquisition of seventeen patented claims in the Rich Gulch area near the DeLamar project in Idaho, which is expected to enhance operational flexibility for future mining. The purchase was made through the issuance of common shares valued at US$2,100,000, with a structured release of shares over time. This strategic move, pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval, will be further discussed in an upcoming corporate webinar hosted by Integra’s President and CEO.
