Integra Resources (TSE:ITR) has released an update.
Integra Resources Corp. has strategically expanded its DeLamar Project by acquiring seventeen unpatented claims in the Rich Gulch area, adjacent to the Florida Mountain Deposit in southwestern Idaho. The acquisition bolsters the company’s operational flexibility for future mining and will be integral to the development of a new storage facility as part of the forthcoming Feasibility Study. Set to close by March 8, 2024, the deal involves a purchase price payable in common shares, enhancing one of the Great Basin’s significant precious metals development projects.
