Intapp (INTA) has issued an update.
Board members Christopher S. Gaffney and Derek Schoettle of Intapp, Inc. are set to resign on May 2, 2024, following a change in the company’s ownership structure. Gaffney’s departure aligns with the terms of a stockholders’ agreement after Great Hill Equity Partners’ share dropped below 10%, eliminating their right to a board seat. Schoettle is also stepping down, with neither resignation stemming from disputes over the company’s operations or policies.
