Regan MacPherson has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President of Legal at a prominent company and is set to become the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary after the Form 10-K filing. With a comprehensive background in legal roles at SunPower Corporation, Quantum Corporation, Marvell Semiconductor, and Seagate Technology, she brings extensive experience to her new position. As part of her compensation package, MacPherson will receive a significant base salary, bonus potential, and equity incentives, with terms that include performance and longevity-based vesting. Concurrently, the outgoing CLO, David Teichmann, will shift to an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
