Indivior plc (GB:INDV) has released an update.
Indivior plc has announced the repurchase of 29,313 ordinary shares at prices ranging from £13.75 to £14.66, which will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares with voting rights to 135,438,036. The transactions were completed via Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc and were ‘On Exchange’ purchases according to the London Stock Exchange rules.
