Indivior plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 27,229 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 1,367.00 and 1,424.00, executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. This buyback is part of a series of ‘On Exchange’ transactions, leaving the company with 135,410,807 ordinary shares with voting rights. The company’s shareholders can use this updated share count as the denominator for disclosures required by the FCA’s rules.
