Indivior plc has recently bought back 29,313 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,375.00 to 1,466.00, with the intention to cancel them, as executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Following the cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 135,438,036. This transaction falls under the London Stock Exchange rules and is intended to be transparent for shareholders’ calculations regarding their interest in the company.
