Indivior (GB:INDV) has released an update.
Indivior PLC has bought back 66,096 of its own shares for cancellation, with the transaction conducted through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The move is part of the company’s Share Repurchase Program, with prices ranging from 1,309.00 to 1,352.00 per share. Following the cancellation, Indivior’s total shares with voting rights will be 134,948,710, excluding any shares held in treasury.
