Indivior PLC has recently bought back 24,113 of its own shares for cancellation, with transaction prices ranging between 1,484.00 and 1,526.00 per share. Following the repurchase, conducted through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue now stands at 135,509,515. This move may impact shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
