Indivior PLC has announced the repurchase of 31,209 of its own shares at prices ranging between 1,515.00 and 1,551.00, with the intention to cancel all the acquired shares. This transaction affects the total number of voting rights, setting the new share count to 135,566,346 ordinary shares. The buyback was conducted through various trading venues, with Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc managing the transactions.
