Indivior plc (GB:INDV) has released an update.
Indivior plc has confirmed the repurchase and imminent cancellation of 22,704 of its ordinary shares on April 23, 2024, through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, with transaction prices ranging from 1,482.00 to 1,512.00 per share. This buyback is part of the company’s share repurchase program, aiming to reduce the number of shares in circulation, which will consequently leave 135,486,811 ordinary shares with voting rights. Indivior’s transactions were executed on recognized exchange platforms and are in accordance with the rules of the London Stock Exchange and the Companies Act 2006.
