Indivior PLC has successfully completed a share buyback on April 19, 2024, purchasing 32,718 of its own ordinary shares with plans to cancel them, thereby potentially increasing the value for existing shareholders. The transaction, executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, involved shares bought within a price range of 1,482.00 to 1,514.00, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,496.83. Following the buyback, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights for Indivior stands at 135,533,628.
