Indivior PLC has carried out a share repurchase program, buying 38,807 of its own shares for cancellation at prices ranging from 1,338.00 to 1,402.00, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,362.10. This transaction was conducted through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc across various trading venues. Post cancellation, Indivior’s total number of shares with voting rights will stand at 135,096,376.
