Indivior PLC has disclosed the repurchase of 31,254 of its ordinary shares through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, with plans to cancel these shares. The buyback occurred on April 16, 2024, with share prices ranging between 1,536.00 and 1,557.00. This transaction will leave Indivior with 135,620,281 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue, as the company continues to adjust its capital structure.
