International Plc for cancellation, with the highest and lowest prices per share being 1,700.00 and 1,685.00 respectively. Following this transaction, the total number of voting shares in issue stands at 135,783,346. This repurchase is part of an ‘On Exchange’ transaction, aligning with the London Stock Exchange rules and the Companies Act 2006.
