Indivior plc (GB:INDV) has released an update.
Indivior plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 22,720 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,642.00 to 1,724.00 per share, transacted through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Following the cancellation, Indivior’s total number of shares with voting rights will be 135,849,144. The repurchase is part of the company’s Share Repurchase Program, aimed at reducing the share capital and conducted through the London Stock Exchange.
