Indivior plc (GB:INDV) has released an update.
Indivior plc has announced the repurchase of 24,113 of its own shares on April 22, 2024, which it intends to cancel. The shares were bought through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc with prices ranging from £14.84 to £15.26 per share. After the cancellation of these shares, Indivior will have 135,509,515 ordinary shares with voting rights in circulation.
