Indivior plc has reported the buyback and intended cancellation of 23,109 of its own ordinary shares on April 10, 2024, with transactions executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 1,630.00 to 1,670.00, averaging at 1,650.41 per share. Post cancellation, the company’s total ordinary shares with voting rights will stand at 135,737,933.
