Inchcape PLC Announces Recent Share Buyback

Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.

Inchcape PLC has announced the buyback of 167,402 of its ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 834.96p per share, with the intention to cancel them and not retain any in treasury. This move is part of a larger share buyback program launched on August 1, 2024, which has seen the company acquire 5,855,374 shares at a total cost of nearly £48.5 million. Following the cancellation of the recently purchased shares, Inchcape’s total shares in issue will be reduced to 407,151,758.
