ImExHS Limited has reported a change in Director Damian Banks’ shareholdings, with Banks acquiring 16,633 ordinary shares and 27,945 options directly, and 90,909 ordinary shares indirectly. These changes, including the issue of shares in lieu of director fees and under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, reflect Banks’ increased investment in the company, now totaling 1,447,623 indirect ordinary shares and a direct interest in shares and options. No disposals were reported in this update to the ASX.
