ImExHS Limited has announced changes in the directorial holdings of Carlos Jaime Palacio, who has acquired both direct and indirect interests in the company. Palacio directly obtained 16,633 ordinary shares and 27,945 options, and indirectly 90,909 ordinary shares, with the direct acquisitions made in lieu of director fees and through the Long-Term Incentive Plan. No disposals were reported, reinforcing the director’s growing stake in the company.
