IM Cannabis Corp. (IMCC) has terminated its preliminary agreement with Kadimastem Ltd and will repay the loan with interest by July 31, 2024. The company has also launched a private placement of convertible debentures totaling over $2 million to fuel its growth in Germany, with CEO Oren Shuster personally investing $237,214 in the debentures. Additionally, IMCC is refocusing its business strategy by exiting the Canadian market to concentrate on Israeli and German operations, with the release of new premium cannabis strains in Israel.
