IM Cannabis Corp, a medical cannabis company with operations in Israel and Germany, has announced plans for a reverse merger with Israel-based clinical cell therapy firm Kadimastem. This strategic move aims to deliver value to shareholders and shift the company’s focus from cannabis to biotechnology, with Kadimastem shareholders poised to own 88% of the new entity. The deal includes the sale of IMC’s existing cannabis operations and distribution of proceeds to contingent value right holders.
