IG Group Holdings (GB:IGG) has released an update.
IG Group Holdings plc has announced the buy-back of 291,997 of its own shares at an average price of 723.3437 pence per share on April 17, 2024, through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will reduce the total number of shares in issue to 374,578,701. This is part of a larger share buy-back program that has seen the company repurchase over 15 million shares at a total cost of over £107 million since November 2023.
