IG Group Holdings (GB:IGG) has released an update.
IG Group Holdings plc has reported the purchase of 40,060 of its own ordinary shares for an average price of 722.7707 pence per share, with the highest and lowest prices being 729.0000 and 717.5000 pence respectively. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will reduce the total number in issue to 374,160,696. This transaction is part of a larger buy-back programme that has seen the company acquire 15,641,521 shares at a total cost of £110.6 million since November 7, 2023.
