Idox plc, a leading provider of information management software, has corrected its previous announcement regarding the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights, now stating both figures at 459,377,981. This update follows the issuance of 77,000 new Ordinary Shares due to the exercise of options under its Long Term Incentive Plans, with the shares expected to be admitted to trading around April 22, 2024. Shareholders may use the updated figure as the basis for disclosure obligations under the FCA’s rules.
