ICICI Bank Limited has announced the acquisition of 19,620 shares in off-market transactions, making I-Process Services (India) Private Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank. This move follows the bank’s initial disclosure on March 20, 2024, about I-Process becoming a subsidiary. The bank requests that this information be recorded as per regulatory guidelines.
