Ian Cockerill has stepped down from his position as an independent Non-executive Director of BHP Group Limited on April 4, 2024. Prior to his departure, Cockerill held indirect interests in 10,799 ordinary shares through the Giant Sable Trust and a direct interest in 3,500 shares via a UK Self Invested Personal Pension. The company provided this information in compliance with ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act, with Stefanie Wilkinson, Group Company Secretary, overseeing the notification.
