Ian Cockerill has stepped down as an independent Non-executive Director of the mining giant BHP Group Limited as of April 4, 2024. He held 10,799 ordinary shares indirectly through the Giant Sable Trust and 3,500 shares directly in a Self Invested Personal Pension. The company has reported this change to the ASX in compliance with corporate regulations.
