The offer includes a cash price of A$0.032 per share, representing a significant premium over recent trading prices. The bid is subject to several conditions, including acquiring at least 97% of HTAL’s issued shares. The acquisition has already received Australian foreign investment approval, and the offer is expected to open for acceptance by early June 2025.
