Howden Joinery Group PLC has announced the appointment of Roisin Currie and Suzy Neubert as independent Non-Executive Directors, effective from July 1, 2024. Both appointees bring substantial experience from their previous roles in prominent companies and will contribute to the Audit, Remuneration, Nominations, and Sustainability Committees. This move is in line with the Company’s efforts to meet diversity targets, with the Board expecting to achieve at least 40% female representation and include at least one minority ethnic member.
