Houlihan Lokey, Inc. has announced leadership changes to take effect on June 10, 2024, with Mr. Scott Adelson stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive experience from his time as Co-President and Senior Managing Director. Meanwhile, the outgoing CEO, Mr. Scott Beiser, will transition to Co-Chairman, and Mr. David Preiser will move from his Co-President position to serve as Vice Chairman. Additionally, Mr. Eric Siegert is set to join as Co-Chairman, ensuring a continuity of experienced leadership within the company.
