Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is set to issue ‘2024 First Unsecured Overseas Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds’ up to $700 million, with a tentative five-year term and a zero percent coupon rate. The proceeds are intended for the procurement of overseas materials, and the offering will be made outside of the Republic of China. The terms, including conversion details and use of proceeds, will be determined based on market conditions at the time of issuance.
