Hims & Hers Health, Inc. expanded its board of directors to eleven members and welcomed Anja Manuel as the new independent director. She will serve on the board until the 2024 annual meeting of stockholders. With no prior ties or family relationships with the company’s executives, Manuel’s appointment is untainted by internal arrangements, and she will receive compensation according to the existing director compensation program.
