Hill & Smith Holdings PLC has announced that its Employee Benefit Trust has acquired an additional 5,000 shares at an average price of £18.69 each, with plans to purchase up to 39,478 more to satisfy future awards under its incentive schemes. After this purchase, the EBT now holds 73,662 shares, representing 0.1% of the company’s issued share capital. The total issued share capital of the company stands at 80,390,246 ordinary shares.
