This acquisition will add to High Tide’s extensive portfolio of consumer-facing brands, aiming to enhance shareholder value and expand into international markets without significant capital expenditure. The deal, valued at $1,000,000 with part cash and part stock consideration, is expected to close in the coming weeks pending customary regulatory approvals.
