Hexaom SA reported a first semester turnover of €418.4M for 2024, a 24.2% decrease compared to the previous year, with a particularly strong performance in ‘mediated’ renovation activities through franchise networks. The real estate developer also noted a slight recovery in House Construction orders in July, up by 10% from July 2023, amidst a generally challenging market environment. Despite the downturn, the company remains focused on high-quality and secure programs to navigate the real estate sector crisis.
