Herbalife Ltd. announced the resignation of board member Kevin M. Jones, which was not due to any disagreement with the company’s operations or practices. Michael J. Levitt has been appointed to fill the vacancy, with a compensation package aligned with other non-employee directors. Levitt’s appointment comes with no special arrangements, and he has no material interest in any company transactions.
