Helmerich & Payne (HP) just unveiled an announcement.
At the Helmerich & Payne, Inc. 2024 Annual Meeting, stockholders greenlit the 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan, offering a mix of stock and cash incentives to key company individuals. Directors were elected with varying degrees of support, Ernst & Young LLP was ratified as the independent auditor, executive compensation received a nod of approval, and shareholders embraced the incentive plan. Following the meeting, the board announced a base and supplemental cash dividend on common stock, scheduled for payment at the end of May to stockholders recorded in mid-May.
