HEALWELL AI, formerly MCI Onehealth Technologies Inc., has reported a significant year of growth with annual revenue from continuing operations reaching $7.32 million and a doubled annual revenue run rate to over $20M post-relaunch in Q4 2023. The company has secured $29.5 million in convertible debt and equity financing and anticipates more than doubling the revenue run rate to over $40 million. HEALWELL’s partnership with WELL Health Technologies Inc. has been successful, particularly with the launch of an AI-powered clinical decision support system in Canada.
