Hdfc Bank (HDB) has released an update.
HDFC Bank Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will consider the annual renewal of various funding instruments during the meeting scheduled on April 20, 2024. These instruments include Long-Term Bonds aimed at financing infrastructure and affordable housing, as well as Perpetual Debt Instruments and Tier II Capital Bonds, which are to be issued through private placement over the next year.
