HDFC Bank Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for April 20, 2024, to discuss the audited financial results of the year ended March 31, 2024, and consider a dividend proposal for the same period. The bank has also informed of a trading window closure for designated individuals from March 25 to April 22, 2024.
